Birchwood Kia Chichester staff were good because we were dealing from a distance and unable to visit the dealership. Paul was very efficient in providing all the information we required including video's, a detailed accurate description, answering questions clearly and he was easily contactable. Communication was excellent throughout and the delivery of the vehicle went without any issues. The condition of car certainly did not disappoint. Helpful, good communicators, thorough and trustworthy.
I'd recommend Birchwood Kia Chichester because they were friendly and a couple of issues I had were sorted quickly
